Mustardseed and Moonshine
Mustardseed and Moonshine was founded by Kate Carlyle in Cape Town, South Africa in 1992 to celebrate her love of the botanical form. The idea was to make beautiful ceramic flowers that were both usable and lasting, flowers that were meticulously crafted, and yet simultaneously robust and functional.
I loved these at first sight and now having photographed them all I like even more. They are to the plant lover in me a joy to behold while my artistic self enjoys the wonderful use of color.

This tea set is a wonderful example of her creativity.
Teapot holds about 48 ounces and the cups hold 8 ounces.
